Before we start lets understand a little bit about what yoga is!! Yoga Means “Union” which refers to an inner state where one experiences everything as apart of oneself. yoga is often mistaken for a system of physical exercise. yoga or yogic system is actually a set of tools for self-transformation that are designed to bring one to this state of union. In Sadhguru’s words, “Yogasanas are not exercises. They are very subtle processes of manipulating your energy in a certain direction. It needs to be done with a certain level of awareness.
There are various levels of doing asanas. You can practice asanas just physically, or more deeply, being aware of the breath, sensations, reverberations, being aware of the Nadis (is a term for the channels through which, in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual theory, the energies such as prana of the physical body, the subtle body and the causal body are said to flow), or with appropriate mantras. You can even do asanas without moving a limb.”
One can begin with very basic steps , yet getting significant change of practicing it in few days. Since this is very much cost friendly , easy to do anywhere, You can start at whenever you want to. You just need a good yoga Mat to start and wear comfortable ( stretchy or loose fitting) clothes. so pull up your will and start a journey for a change in your life, not only from outside but within yourSELF also.
