- Kriya: Fundamentally, kriya means internal action. When you do inner action, it does not involve the body and the mind because both the body and the mind are still external to you. When you have a certain mastery to do action with your energy, then it is a kriya.
- Mandala: A mandala is a period of approximately 40 days in which time the human system completes one physiological cycle. By doing yoga at home for one mandala, you can – body, mind and energy – and reap the benefits.
Here are some Tips to enhance your practice.

- Take a shower or bath.
- Stay hydrated.
- Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes.

Wondering how often should you practice?
Start with 10-15 mins a day of your practice. Though everyday 20 mins of yoga practice is very good for great start of a day which u shall manage once you get used to it. Still if you have a busy schedule or finding it difficult to snatch some time for it on everyday basis, then you can practice it for 3 or more times per week, you will see significant improvements in your flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, inner peace, and overall well being.
Ideally, recommendation is shorter and more frequent sessions, 20-45 minutes long, and for a total of 3-4 hours spread over several days. Practicing yoga less than this amount will still be beneficial, but you will see smaller improvements over a longer period of time.
How to remain motivated and consistent ?
If you are self motivated person then you can just start at home or your familiar surrounding or anywhere where u find peace and positivity. If you think you need to be motivate to be consistent, then i suggest to join a group or find a Yoga studio near you. Patience, consistency and commitment are the key for a progressive practice.
